The venue
EGMO 2027 will take place in Šibenik, at the Amadria Park hotel and resort complex, located in the Solaris area just a few kilometres south of the Šibenik Old Town. The venue offers modern conference facilities, comfortable accommodation, and direct access to the Adriatic Sea — all in one location.
Amadria Park is one of the largest hotel and resort complexes on the Croatian Adriatic coast, providing an ideal setting that combines modern amenities with the beauty of the Mediterranean landscape. The venue has experience hosting large-scale international events and offers:
- Modern conference halls and meeting rooms suitable for competition and jury meetings
- On-site accommodation for all participants
- Multiple restaurants and dining facilities

- Outdoor areas for social events and activities
Accommodation
All registered participants (contestants, team leaders, deputy leaders, and observers) will be accommodated at the Amadria Park resort. Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided for all participants throughout the event.
Room allocation:
- Contestants will be accommodated in shared rooms.
- Team leaders and deputy leaders will be accommodated separately, in accordance with the EGMO regulations regarding contact restrictions during the competition.
- Observers will be accommodated in the same complex.

Competition rooms
The competition papers will be held in dedicated halls within the venue, with seating arranged to ensure appropriate spacing and supervision in accordance with EGMO regulations. Each contestant will have an individual desk.
Jury and coordination
The Jury meetings and problem coordination will take place at the venue, in separate conference rooms. Team leaders will be accommodated in a separate area of the resort to ensure proper isolation during the competition, as required by EGMO rules.
Meals and dietary requirements
Full board is included for all participants. Meals will be served in the on-site restaurants and will include a variety of options, with provisions for different dietary requirements.
During the registration process, participants will be asked to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.). The organisers will do their best to accommodate all dietary needs.
Internet and connectivity
Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. Please note that during competition days, internet access may be restricted for contestants in line with competition regulations.
